- Create your signature with Draw, Type or Upload, then click Insert signature.
- Place it on the right page and adjust the size.
- Click Sign PDF, then Download.

Is this a legally valid signature?
It's a simple electronic signature: an image of your signature placed on the page. Whether that's acceptable depends on the document and the person or organization receiving it. If you're not sure, ask them before you send it.
Is this a digital signature?
No. There's no certificate in the file. If someone asks for a certificate-based digital signature, use a service that issues one.
Is my signature uploaded or saved?
No. Your signature and your PDF stay on your device, and the signature is cleared when you close the tab.
Can I move the signature after downloading?
No. Once downloaded, the signature is part of the page. If it's in the wrong place, start again from your original file.
How big can the files be?
The PDF can be up to 500 MB on a computer or 100 MB on a phone or tablet. An uploaded signature image can be up to 5 MB.
